We work hard to foster a successful
working relationship with our clients by bringing
these important elements to the table:
Ethics
We operate our personal and professional lives
with the highest degree of ethics. We treat our
clients the way we would expect to be treated.
We believe that effective communication coupled
with strong accountability to our clients will
continue to ensure our success in a competitive
marketplace.
Value
We present our clients with every money-saving
option available. For example, whenever possible
we leverage publicly available (free) computer
programs to save our clients money. The Gartner
Group (a think tank) has come out with several
statements praising the use of publicly available
"open source" computer programs. Use of these
technologies allows us to help our clients avoid
expensive license and upgrade costs. The GNU project
and the Free Software Foundation are example of
free software license agreements.
Excitement
Lets face it, growing a business can be challenging
and exciting at the same time. In addition to
our client services, we own and operate our own
e-commerce sites. Growing this side of our business
helps us understand the challenges our clients
face. Nothing makes us more pleased than to watch
our services help grow other businesses.
Fun
We believe that building a web presence should
be like building a new home for your family. There's
a lot to be done, but the process of fulfilling
your dream should be fun. We really enjoy what
we do and it spills over to our client relationships.
Portability
We ensure that the sites we develop are portable
(easily moveable) to multiple platforms (e.g.,
UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.). We don't force our
users to be tied to a single host or computer
platform.
End-to-End Services
We don't believe in shuttling our clients to separate
marketing, e-commerce, strategic planning, or
web development firms. We bring these under a
single umbrella. Some of our customers prefer
that we provide all services (from planning to
web hosting), while other clients contract with
us to provide a single service.
Teaching / Mentoring
We speak English, not techno-babble. We don’t
expect our clients to know anything about computers
or web technology. We tailor our discussions of
these technologies to the comfort level to our
clients.
Listening
Our clients are the experts.
Before we offer advice, we first need to learn
about their business and operating environment.
